01 — Our farms

Grown on our own farms around Lake Naivasha.

We farm our own land and work with contracted growers around Naivasha. Planting follows the drying schedule, so each crop is ready when the dryers are. At the equator we harvest all year, and crops are picked and in the dryers the same day.

Grading hall, freezers, packing line and lab.

Fresh crop is graded and washed, frozen, then freeze dried at low temperature and cut to form. Drying at low temperature, without hot air, keeps more of the crop's color, aroma and essential oils than hot-air drying.
